01. General Terms
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ready Set Order platform, operated for the purpose of ordering senior apparel and related customized items.
1.2. By accessing or using our services, you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.
1.3. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
02. Ordering Process
2.1. Orders must be placed through the Ready Set Order online portal.
2.2. Orders cannot be modified once confirmed; customers are responsible for reviewing details before submission.
2.4. Bulk orders for schools may require a minimum order quantity as specified in the portal.
03. Payments
3.1. Payments are processed securely through the online portal; cash or manual payments are not accepted.
3.2. All payments are final; refunds or cancellations are only available as per our refund policy (see Section 5).
3.3. Customers must ensure that their payment details are correct and updated before processing an order.
04. Customisation & Quality Assurance
4.1. Ready Set Order guarantees high-quality apparel with accurate customisation based on order specifications.
4.2. Colours, materials, fabrics, and designs are subject to approval by authoirsed members of the school (e.g. teachers, etc) and minor variations due to production processes.
4.3. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect customisation details provided by the customer.
05. Refund & Cancellation Policy
5.1. Orders are considered final once submitted. However, refunds may be available under the following conditions:
If an order is incorrect due to a production error by Ready Set Order, or if an item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
5.2. Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery for refund requests.
5.3. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect orders due to customer errors in customisation input.
5.4. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
5.5 Remakes will be processed in the lead time advised by Ready Set Order quote to the school.
06. Delivery & Shipping
6.1. Ready Set Order guarantees on-time delivery before graduation, provided orders are placed within the specified deadlines.
6.2. Orders will be dispatched to the school at the location designated by the school (typically school admin/office or uniform shop).
07. Teacher & School Responsibility
7.1. Ready Set Order is designed to reduce administrative burdens for teachers; however, schools are responsible for sharing ordering details with students.
7.2. Teachers and administrators must ensure deadlines and portal access are communicated clearly.
7.3. Schools opting for bulk orders must ensure timely approvals and accurate customization details.
08. Privacy & Security
8.1. Ready Set Order respects customer privacy and secures all transactions.
8.2. Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.3. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
09. Liability & Disclaimers
9.1. Ready Set Order is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier disruptions, natural disasters, or supply chain issues.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed by the customer.
